Me Isabelle Gagnon practices in general litigation. She advises businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals on a wide range of issues and represents them before courts and administrative bodies. She is also a certified mediator in family law.
Me Gagnon practiced in civil and commercial litigation for a few years in a top-tier law firm based in Montreal, before joining a boutique firm specialized in environmental, municipal and real estate law. She moved to Gaspesie in 2017 and established her own office.
Me Gagnon holds an LL.B., a graduate diploma in environment and sustainability, as well as a certificate in international studies from the University of Montreal. She also studied European Law at the University of Bologna, Italy.
Having always highly valued social involvement, she has been elected to serve on the board of the Lower-St-Lawrence-Gaspé-Magdalen-Islands Bar since 2018, today occupying the position of President. She serves on the Sections Council of the Quebec Bar. She was named on the Committee on Environmental Law of the Quebec Bar since 2016. Me Gagnon routinely takes part in free legal clinics offering legal services to the Inuit communities of Quebec.
Me Gagnon is fluent in English, French and Italian.
